It is always hard when the jar is full, and depend how is the weather it is cold ? Any way for the best result until you get the hint of it do this: Put the jar , open lid, in the microwave for 12 seconds the jar is kind of plastic, press it with you hand and see if the wax moved, like you can press it on the side? then try to take a piece with your finger or with a spoon it doesn't matter try with spoon first I said in the website it get to hot too fast and burn your finger it doesn't mean that if you scoop it with the spoon, and then put your finger on it that you are not going to burn your self, please becarefull.one 12 second it will not burn it should be enough, other wise put one time 6 second again and that it, you should be able to take out. Play with the piece it should be reliable, then after 1 minute you will feel it is getting hard, wet your finger and splash out the water so hardley your fingers are wet. Now play with it again you will think it is nor working, or slilppery or cutting to pieces, don't worry keep going for at least five minutes at that time you will see that it is back together sticky and ready to go , try little bit on your hand or your leg , it may slip because it still wet , go over again, put it toghether and try again, once it start to work, you will not need to hit it again, it is cold in you hand and ready to do all your body with it trust me , I have been using it for ever.
Now let me tell you something, I did send you a jar with extra hard for one reson, it is easier to soften a piece then sending you a jar little liquidy , because if it get liquidy in your hand their nothing you can do about it to hard it .And it will get too liquidy with you because you don't know yet how to work with it, usually the second or third jar I will send to my customer will be less hardness.
