I wanted to say thanks for how speedy the wax was shipped - I was very impressed! But I do have some questions. I followed the directions both on the paper, the tub and from the internet (including watching the video)... except I am apparently not doing things correctly.
1. The first time I heated it too much and burned myself - - I didnt realize the inside would heat up more than the outside, and upon sticking my finger in to test I was burned really bad. I am not upset, I just want to figure out how to properly use the product. (I heated it too many times, 12 seconds, followed by 6, by 6, by 6)
2. I let the wax cool for over an hour, it rehardened and I attempted the process again, this time I couldnt get the wax soft enough (after heating it 12 sec, 6 and 6) to get out of the tub. Is it supposed to come out easy? or do you need to gouge it out w. a spoon? 3. When I was able to force it out with a spoon, the wax was too hard
work with, so I applied water to my fingers as the note said... this made the wax slimy and I couldnt work with it.
So now I put it all back in the tub, hoping I didnt ruin the product and turning to you for some advice. I have never seen any negative responses to this product so I trust it works, I am just hoping I can learn how to use this.

I had some problems with my epilation. My wax becomes sticky and I can't remove it from the skin. I added a bit of water on my hands and than it became to watery. I even watched some clips on the You Tube but I can't make the wax 'gummy'. Can you plese help me with some additional instructions and advices so I can try it with the rest of the wax. I hope you can help me somehow.

I received the package today and quickly began using it on some smaller areas. I am getting the hang of it. I do have a question. Can this wax be used on the much more sensitive areas? In particular, the skin surrounding the penis and the vaginal lips and skin below the anus? I know the higher end salons will do a full 'bare' wax but I'm not sure if this product is safe for all areas. Thank you in advance. Vida Reply to this

thank you very much for the recepie. I have been trying it out during the weekend. Actually I made several ones, the first one was too liquidy eventhough I left it to cool for almost a day...
Is it the problem of the sugar? Should I use brouwn sugar? or sould I use cane sugar? Or I just simply should put more sugar in it and see what happens? Or sould I boil it for longer?
Do you think that talc is needed if it is too sticky? Or what should I try when it sticks?
