      Hello,

I was wondering if your wax is strong enough to remove thick hair such
as that of the underarm or bikini area.

Hi. First, I would like to say how excited I was to find your website! I have been searching for something like this for a long time! I'm sure your product is natural but I would like to know if your product is truly 100 % natural. Iam wondering if it is at all possible, for you to make me your product truly 100 % organic. I can pay whatever extra cost is involved in making this for me. I would want organic, vegan sugar used, organic lemons, and distilled or reverse osmosis water that was not stored in plastic.I would also like to know instructions on how I would heat your product up, since I do not own or use a microwave. I would be very grateful to you if you're willing to take on this project for me. I would be a life long customer of yours for sure! I would love to be able to sugar my entire body again. She used one piece for the whole body just like you demonstrated on your website. Sometimes when she got to the bikini she used a fresh piece. I loved going to her. I haven't been able to find anyone or anyplace I can go to here in Los Angeles. I can't even find a place that does sugaring with strips of cloth. I was suprised that in a place as natural as California and a city as big as Los Angeles, that I haven't been able to find any sugaring. I know this is a long e-mail and I really thank you for your time reading it. I just wanted to express where I'm coming from and the excitement I feel about finding your product! Thank you! Really looking forward to your response! Vicki

      Dear Nada,

I wanted to say thanks for how speedy the wax was shipped - I was very
impressed! But I do have some questions. I followed the directions
      both on
the paper, the tub and from the internet (including watching the
      video)...
except I am apparently not doing things correctly.

      1. The first time I heated it too much and burned myself - - I didnt
realize the inside would heat up more than the outside, and upon
      sticking my
finger in to test I was burned really bad. I am not upset, I just want
      to
figure out how to properly use the product. (I heated it too many
      times, 12
seconds, followed by 6, by 6, by 6)

      2. I let the wax cool for over an hour, it rehardened and I attempted
      the
process again, this time I couldnt get the wax soft enough (after
      heating it
12 sec, 6 and 6) to get out of the tub. Is it supposed to come out
      easy? or
do you need to gouge it out w. a spoon?
      3. When I was able to force it out with a spoon, the wax was too hard

work with, so I applied water to my fingers as the note said... this
      made
the wax slimy and I couldnt work with it.

So now I put it all back in the tub, hoping I didnt ruin the product
      and
turning to you for some advice. I have never seen any negative
      responses to
this product so I trust it works, I am just hoping I can learn how to
      use
      this.

      Thank You So Much!

      Sincerely,
      Sonia

      Hello,
Your product looks great and I am interested in ordering some.
I don't like the wax I have been using...I don't like wax at all
      actually.
Does the sugar wax have wax in it or is it really just sugar, water and

      lemon juice?
      Thanks you!

      Dear Nada,

I had some problems with my epilation. My wax becomes sticky and I can't remove it from the skin. I added a bit of water on my hands and than it became to watery. I even watched some clips on the You Tube but I can't make the wax 'gummy'. Can you plese help me with some additional instructions and advices so I can try it with the rest of the wax. I hope you can help me somehow.

      Thanks a lot

      Hi Nada,

I received the package today and quickly began using it on some smaller areas. I am getting the hang of it. I do have a question. Can this wax be used on the much more sensitive areas? In particular, the skin surrounding the penis and the vaginal lips and skin below the anus? I know the higher end salons will do a full 'bare' wax but I'm not sure if this product is safe for all areas. Thank you in advance.

I saw the product online and proceeded to purchase; however, it doesnt offer

      currently am. Help?!

Can you please tell me why your product is removed against the hair growth, rather than with the hair growth like other sugaring pastes. I am very interested in your product, but I prefer to was with the hair growth, like recommended with sugar pastes like Alexandria Professional.

      Thank you,
      Michelle

Thanks for responding to me so quickly. I have already purchased the item (under Jeffrey). What I read on the other one was that you put it on against the hair growth and remove it with the hair growth. It is supposed to cause less breakage. I am going to try it anyway because I am very interested in your product.
Can you apply your product against the hair growth and remove with the hair growth?
      Thanks again,Michelle

      Dear Nada,

I am girl from Hungary who would really like to try out your home made body sugaring system. Can you please look after how much would it cost to get jar of your product with shipping to Hungary. Please can you offer me the lowest price on product, as I am sure that shipping will also cost a lot. A very reasonable price for me would be very much appriciated.

And I would transfer the money in advance as I have no credit card to use on the Internet. Is it possible for you?

Or it would be also a great help if you could send me the recipie so I can try it out making it myself. Beacuse I am not sur I will be able to afford to order from the US each time.

Thank you very much for your time answering for me

      Kind regards:
      Esther

      Dearest Nada,

thank you very much for the recepie. I have been trying it out during the weekend. Actually I made several ones, the first one was too liquidy eventhough I left it to cool for almost a day...

Is it the problem of the sugar? Should I use brouwn sugar? or sould I use cane sugar? Or I just simply should put more sugar in it and see what happens? Or sould I boil it for longer?

Do you think that talc is needed if it is too sticky? Or what should I try when it sticks?

Sorry for having so many questions, but you where so kind in you previous email, that is why I have the stength to ask so much

Thanks for your help in advance:
      Esther

      Hello Nada,
thanks for your prompt reply, I do appreciate! I do have a question for you regarding hair removal for the brows. Right now, I have been using a soy wax that's supposedly gentle but has removed skin on my clients many times. I am making the switch to the sugar for this very reason. I cannot afford to be losing any clients due to harshness of product! In doing the brows, is there anything that you do different from the leg procedure? I do precision work sculpting the brows and need to be very discriminate of which hairs go and which remain! Please help!! Am I to understand that you have a video depicting a brow procedure? If so, I'd be very interested in obtaining that for training purposes!! Many thanks, Debbie
